Our Story
A phone call changed everything and led to the creation of iDEAL STAFF. Let down by a promotional company and full of disappointment, a friend of Nicole’s vented his frustration after once again being supplied with unreliable staff.
The pressure was on, the launch of a club following a multi-million-pound refurbishment was just weeks away, and the stress levels were high. In her day job, she worked with vibrant, enthusiastic young professionals, and quickly realised she had access to a great pool of potential staff, personable, motivated, and equipped with an excellent work ethic.
Once she sourced the right individuals to be brand ambassadors for the venue, they were briefed and trained to carry out the tasks her friend needed them to handle.
The launch was a success, and iDEAL STAFF was born.
There is now a huge database of reliable, quality, trained staff to suit any business needs.

What began as a mission to help students earn extra income while studying has grown into a thriving business that supports people of all ages seeking flexible work opportunities.
Alongside running iDEAL STAFF, Nicole works part time as an Employer Engagement Consultant at Birmingham City University, connecting students with real-world job opportunities. She's also a Property Investor, passionate about providing beautiful homes for both long-term and short-term stays.
Whether she’s building businesses, fostering student success, or creating homes, Nicole’s work is guided by one purpose: helping individuals thrive and enabling businesses to flourish. Her energy, passion, and purpose are at the heart of everything she does.
